Membership Report, Skye Williams gave the report for her father: Club has 93
adult, 3 Adult with 3 yr, 3 Lifetime adult and 26 Youth members
The Youth have several upcoming fund raisers-selling dog and horse treats at the SASHA, Lone Star and Fiesta Show. Als a Silent Auction at the Fiesta Show.
Show Report were given, Alexa Nichols and Rachel Youngblood won scholarships---
Kristin Mooreand Skye Williams won High Point awards at the Freedom Classic
Show. Kate Casey did very well at eh Scottsdale Show.
Upcoming projets and ideas are a trip to TX A&M Vet school, tour of Purina
Mills, visit a saddle maker, blacksmith and tour farms in the Region.
Trail Ride Report, Sheri Youngblood: March 14, 2009 at Hill Country State Natural
Area.
Sack lunch, ride starts at 9:30 am and must have a current coggins.
Open Show Report, Rose Marie Eash: March 28, 2009. On the web site, Rose Marie
will sent an e-blast on this. It is at the same location in Seguin.
Fiesta Show Report, Bil Eash: Reported that we needed more sponsors and the
staff. Everything about ready and book almost ready to mail out to exhibitors.
Old Business: Margo Shallcross reminded the members of the Region 9 membership
Drive
New Business: Lipizzaner Show will be March 29, 2009 at 2 PM and anyone that
wants to go with the group let Bill Eash know.
Jeanne Pegg Hundley talked about the ADA award and suggested a gift card for
the High Point--2 awards would be needed as in the past.
