September 14, 2008 Youth Club Meeting Minutes

Location: Colley’s House

-We discussed having a clinic with either Carol Stohlman and/or Gwen Nix. We haven’t decided yet if it is going to be all youth or adult/youth.

-We made thank you cards for the donators of our youth silent auction at the Fiesta Show

-We talked about the trail ride on October 11 (rain day November 1) at Boerne Stables (boernestables.com).

-Open show on October 25 at the Diamond F Arena

-We elected new officers:

President-Madeline Colley
Vice President-Alexa Nichols
Secretary-Kaitlyn Eberhardt
Historian-Skye Williams

Next Meeting: October 19 at Alexa Nichols’s House (1160 Rolling Creek, Spring Branch)

After that: November 9 at Skye William’s House (131 Twin Canyon Drive, Bergheim, 830-336-2953)

Christmas Party: December 14 at the Youngblood’s Granparent’s house (400 Tower, Hill Country Village)
