New Members (guests): Allison and Audrey Buffington

---Clinic: Maddie is going to call Carol Stohlman about the all-youth clinic. We are trying for the 17th of January. We are still debating on the place of the clinic, but we are mostly looking at Double Diamond or Anne Stones.

---Silent Auction: We are already planning ahead for our Silent Auction at the Spring Fiesta Show in May. Also, when you get an item…BE SURE TO GET THE BUSINESS CARD AND VALUE of the item.

---Money Sources: At the SASHA show, we are going to try to sell horse treats and dog treats. Maddie will head up the table. Also, do not donate peppermints.

---Parade: We are thinking of doing a parade but we’re not sure of which one we are going to do yet.

---Shirts: We can either have our shirts “rhinestoned” or screen printed. Maddie can doctor up the logo and find out the prices.

---Horsefest: January 31. Madeline Colley and Kaitlyn Eberhardt are our representatives. We need to plan the collage activity for the kids to do there.
